My client is a privately held global manufacturer based in the southwest suburbs. They're adding a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting and close, coach a team of accountants, and modernize how the work gets done. Oracle Cloud (Fusion, FCCS, ARCS), Power BI, and room to use automation and AI. Your process ideas get built. The team is investing in efficiency, not just keeping the lights on. A clear path to grow within a large finance organization. What you'll do Lead corporate accounting for accurate, on-time financial reporting and compliance. Review financial statements, find and fix discrepancies, and protect data integrity. Coach and develop a team of accountants. Partner across departments to streamline close and improve workflows. What you bring An active CPA (required). 5 to 7+ years in accounting, with 2 to 4 years managing people. A background in public accounting (audit or assurance manager) or industry (accounting or reporting manager). Both work. A bachelor's in accounting or business. A master's is a plus. Oracle experience is a plus, especially FCCS, ARCS, or Fusion. So is ERP implementation work. Comfort with Excel and Power BI or Tableau. SQL or Python is a bonus. Coming from public?
