This is a remote position. Territory coverage includes Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the Chicago area. Eventide is seeking to hire a strategic, mission and values-aligned, and energetic Senior Regional Director to serve financial advisors within the Great Lakes sales territory. The Senior Regional Director will have deep understanding of Eventide's unique values-based approach to investing and the related concepts of stakeholder theory, value creation, and intangible assets. The Senior Regional Director will take an action-oriented approach in enthusiastically moving financial advisors and clients towards alignment with Eventide's philosophy of investing in companies that are creating compelling for the global common good. Duties and Responsibilities Understand deeply and be able to communicate effectively Eventide's unique values-based investment philosophy and Business360 framework Develop and maintain deep expertise of the sustainable investment space, including knowledge of complimentary and competitor investment products Engage and educate financial advisors and clients on Eventide's unique approach with the goal of moving them towards alignment with the company's investment philosophy Serve our existing clients and cultivate prospective clients to increase gross and net new sales in the Great Lakes region across of all Eventide investment products, including mutual funds, SMAs, ETFs and private markets Provide and interpret detailed portfolio analytics, using both commercial and proprietary tools, to financial advisors and other investment professional as part of the sales process Engage in strategic planning and execution to drive sales targets, develop new business, and strengthen relationships in the territory Establish and cultivate key relationships with regional leadership, financial advisors, and investment analysts Conduct advisor dinners, branch meetings, and present client seminars Qualifications 7+ years of wholesaling experience, specifically selling SMAs, Mutual Funds, and ETFs with a proven record of success and a well-established network of financial advisors Series 7 & 63 licenses required Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate the Eventide story, Business 360 framework and current macroeconomic views Deep knowledge and understanding of financial markets with a specific interest in the values-based investment space Strong emotional intelligence and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships Ability to work well independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic and changing environment Highly motivated and results-oriented; an entrepreneurial self-starter with strong strategic thinking and execution skills Team-oriented and collaborative; desire to lead others and help to drive the success of the entire team and organization Passion for and commitment to Eventide's mission and investment philosophy. Demonstrate the core values of Eventide in execution of duties and decision-making. Ability to work within compliance of Eventide's Code of Ethics.

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 annually. This range represents the base salary the company reasonably expects to pay for this role, depending on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. This position is also eligible for generous discretionary bonuses and/or other forms of compensation. Actual compensation paid may vary based on geographical location and other business considerations.
