About the Opportunity Empire Ford is looking for a motivated, driven Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to perform at a high level.
We're open to newer Finance Managers ready to take the next step in their careers as well as experienced managers who bring the complete package and are ready to make an impact from day one. We believe the right mindset, willingness to learn, and commitment to results are just as important as experience. What We're Looking For Automotive F&I experience A positive attitude and a professional, team-oriented mindset Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills A motivated individual who takes ownership of their performance Someone who is open to feedback, willing to learn, and committed to continuous improvement Strong organizational skills and attention to detail The ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and assist with sales management when needed Responsibilities Present financing options and aftermarket products to customers Structure deals, submit contracts, and coordinate with lenders Ensure accurate paperwork and timely funding Maintain compliance with dealership and lender requirements Deliver a professional, transparent customer experience Work alongside the sales team to help keep deals moving and support overall dealership performance Why Join Empire Ford?
