We are looking for a driven professional who excels at building customer relationships, maximizing profitability, maintaining compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Manage all aspects of the dealership's Finance & Insurance operations. Present financing, leasing, vehicle protection products, and aftermarket products to customers. Structure deals and secure financing through a network of lenders. Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and product providers. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, manufacturer, and dealership regulations. Work closely with sales management to facilitate a smooth and efficient delivery process. Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability and product penetration. Accurately prepare and complete all finance documentation and required paperwork. Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and automotive finance best practices. Qualifications Required Minimum of 3 years automotive dealership experience . At least 2 years of Automotive F&I Manager experience . Strong knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, insurance products, and aftermarket protection products. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding production and profitability goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Strong understanding of automotive compliance and regulatory requirements. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment. Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Reading, Massachusetts . Preferred Experience with CDK Drive . Honda dealership experience or familiarity with Honda products and services.
