Job Description

Automotive Finance Manager NewGen CDJR of Clinton, MI is hiring a Finance Manager to lead Finance, Insurance and Compliance. We want a No Excuses leader that is detail oriented and has an urgency to help our guests. You MUST be disciplined and love to contribute to building a successful team. Excellent pay opportunity! The candidate we want on our team:

Will utilize Tekion DMS, Route One and E contracting
Performs at industry high PRU while demonstrating integrity and transparency
Maintains 100% compliance.
Excellent communication skills
High standards of excellence and the desire to continuously improve.
Manage lender relationships.
