The Finance and HR Manager is accountable for the full ownership of the company's accounting process, financial filing and reporting, human resource administration, office management, and critical record-keeping functions.

Key accountabilities:

• Execute the complete accounting process including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Work-in-Progress, Invoicing and Payroll
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records and ensure transactions and processed correctly the first time
• Know and own all financial filing and report requirements
• Prepare accurate financial reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting obligations
• Manage day-to-day office administration
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential employee records
• Resolve HR issues that arise
• Support employee onboarding and record updates
• Maintain organized and up-to-date company records
• Manage all Licenses, equipment, and Vehicles files Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Pay rate is $30
• $35 an hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven Experience in accounting processes
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Prior Experience in construction-based business preferred
• Familiar with HR compliance
