We are looking for an experienced professional who understands accounting processes along with accounts receivable & accounts payable obligations, ensures tax compliance, can lead our payroll process, & assist in developing monthly & quarterly financial reports. Duties Enter & ensure timely payments of invoices Enter & track accounts receivable Enter & process payroll Manage employee 401k & HSA contributions Reconcile bank accounts Perform monthly, quarterly, & annual accounting closeout process Comply with weekly, monthly, quarterly, & annual tax regulations Generate monthly financial statements Employee onboarding Employer health insurance program Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books, Acumatica, & similar platforms Analytical skills with ability to identify & resolve financial discrepancies Good communications skills Construction industry experience preferred but not required Refer to Joseph Company web site for more information on our firm: www.joseph-company.com
