Finance and Accounting Manager Seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager to take ownership of the books and financial planning for a manufacturer. This is a fully on-site role. Responsibilities Oversee all accounting, from general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets and reconciliations to the month-end and year-end close and financial statements. Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and cost accounting, including inventory valuation and production cost analysis. Analyze performance, cash flow and margins, and give leadership clear recommendations. Manage cash, banking relationships and GAAP compliance. Lead and grow the accounting team while improving processes and systems. Requirements Bachelor's in accounting, finance or similar; CPA preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience in a manufacturing environment. Solid GAAP and financial reporting knowledge. Strong Excel and accounting software skills; ERP experience preferred. Analytical, organized and discreet, with strong communication skills; mechanical aptitude a plus.
