Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and resuts driven F&I Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner directly with dealership clients to improve profitability, streamline processes, and train F&I professionals using our proven systems. What You'll Do Implement our 7-Minute F&I Process to increase product penetration and PVR. Train and coach dealer F&I teams on best practices and compliance. Analyze dealership performance metrics and identify areas for growth. Deploy our Overdrive Business Operating System to improve accountability and performance. Build strong relationships with dealer principals, general managers, and finance teams. Deliver performance reviews and strategic recommendations to clients. Prospect new accounts
