We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing business within residential and commercial work. What You'll Do:

Manage daily accounting and financial activities using QuickBooks Online. Maintain accurate financial records, account reconciliations, and transaction entries. Manage accounts receivable, including customer invoicing, payments, outstanding balances, and follow-up on past-due accounts. Work directly with insurance vendors and payers regarding billing, payments, discrepancies, claims-related financial matters, and account resolution. Manage PNAR processes and maintain accurate records related to insurance and customer accounts. Coordinate and process payroll, including maintaining employee records, reviewing timesheets, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices, approvals, payments, and expense tracking. Reconcile bank, credit card, customer, vendor, and other financial accounts.

What You'll Bring:

3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or a related field. Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online. Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Experience with payroll processing and employee financial records. Experience working with insurance vendors, payers, or insurance-related accounts strongly preferred. Strong understanding of reconciliations, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
