The Role We're seeking a detail-driven Finance Administrator to manage the financial side of our customer and vendor relationships. This role owns day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation, while serving as a trusted point of contact for customers with billing and payment questions. The ideal candidate is numbers-first, takes pride in accuracy, and brings a friendly, professional approach to every interaction. Pay will be based on experience with plenty of room for growth. Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices, verify charges, and manage accounts payable to ensure timely, accurate payments Prepare and send customer invoices, post payments, and maintain current accounts receivable records Reconcile customer and vendor accounts, as well as bank and payment records, and research and resolve discrepancies Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due balances Set up and manage customer payment arrangements and budget billing plans Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and support month-end close Answer customer billing inquiries by phone, email, and in person, resolving issues quickly and clearly Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets in Excel as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable, with customer service or administrative experience Proficiency in QuickBooks is required Strong Excel skills (formulas, sorting and filtering, reconciliations); working knowledge of Word and Outlook Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy with financial data Clear, courteous communication, especially when discussing balances and payments Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bookkeeping or accounting certifications are a plus Ability to handle multiple phone lines

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
