What You'll Be Responsible For:

Managing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance process Structuring deals and securing lender approvals Presenting finance and protection products professionally and ethically Maximizing product penetration and overall PVR performance Ensuring compliance with dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements Maintaining accurate CIT and funding processes Delivering a professional and efficient customer experience

What Success Looks Like:

Strong Finance PVR performance High product penetration percentages Clean, compliant deal structure Fast funding and low CIT aging Positive customer experience and CSI performance
