Description Overview Our client, a growing organization in South Jersey, is seeking a strategic and analytical Finance Manager to lead FP&A initiatives while partnering closely with Accounting and Operations. This role will drive budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, business analysis, and executive-level financial insights to support key business decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budget, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting to support business performance. Serve as a strategic business partner to operational leaders across the organization. Present financial results, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board. Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and drive decision-making. Partner closely with Corporate Accounting and Operational Finance teams to ensure alignment between reporting and planning. Deliver actionable insights to improve profitability, efficiency, and business performance. Qualifications 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience. Strong FP&A background with a solid accounting foundation. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, business analysis, and financial modeling. Proven ability to build executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting. Experience presenting financial information to executive leadership and Board members. Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence across functions. CPA and/or MBA preferred. Private Equity-backed company experience is a plus. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on with financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis. Pay Details:
