WHAT YOU'LL DO

Structure and present financing and lease options Sell F&I products, including warranties, GAP, and protection plans Work with lenders to secure competitive approvals Review credit applications and structure deals Ensure all transactions meet state, federal, and lender requirements Complete accurate deal paperwork and funding packages Work closely with sales management to maintain an efficient deal flow Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership partners

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Automotive Finance/F&I experience preferred Strong knowledge of automotive financing and lending Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail and compliance Professional, customer-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Strong leadership, organization, and follow-through
