will supervise one person (AR) must be very solid with MS Excel QuickBooks experience is preferred administer Payroll for 25 employees via ADP, non-union, weekly handle some very basic HR hours are 8:30-5 and fully onsite M-F college degree is preferred role provides data to the outside CPA firm and works with them closely Payroll, lite HR, AP, AR, Bank Recs, GL, wire transfers, post office visits, bank deposits Salary will go up to 85-90K Good role for a small company Accounting Manager, Sr. Bookkeeper or Sr. Accountant.
