About the Role Seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee accounting, controllership, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and day-to-day finance operations for a growing IT services and technology organization. This individual will manage month-end close, general ledger activities, AP/AR, billing, collections, reconciliations, audit and tax support, and banking relationships while partnering with leadership to deliver financial insights, improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and support business growth. Responsibilities Oversee accounting and controllership. Manage financial reporting. Lead budgeting and forecasting. Oversee cash flow management. Manage day-to-day finance operations. Manage month-end close. Oversee general ledger activities. Manage AP/AR, billing, and collections. Perform reconciliations. Provide audit and tax support. Manage banking relationships. Partner with leadership to deliver financial insights. Improve processes and strengthen internal controls. Support business growth. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience. Required Skills Strong US operational finance expertise. Proven background in financial reporting. Experience with compliance and performance analysis. Cross-functional stakeholder management. Experience within a technology, software, SaaS, MSP, or IT services environment. Preferred Skills Experience specifically in technology, software, SaaS, MSP, or IT services environments (if not already required).
