Full Job Description Total Compensation:

$80,000-$100,000, plus bonus potential Bring your revenue cycle leadership skills to a growing, patient-focused healthcare organization! We're seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead billing, coding, collections, and denial management for a well-established, multisite specialty medical practice based in the Bergen County, NJ area. What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor a revenue cycle team, evaluating performance and supporting professional growth Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid billing requirements Serve as the go-to resource for resolving patient, provider, and staff billing inquiries Analyze denial trends and build strategies to reduce and prevent future denials Track key metrics like Days in A/R, collection rates, and coding accuracy, reporting results to leadership Own the full revenue cycle from insurance verification and coding through claims submission and collections Partner with senior leadership on special projects and revenue cycle initiatives Maintain and troubleshoot payer portals and escalation protocols

What We're Looking For:
