Job Summary:

The ideal candidate brings significant experience from a multi-site healthcare organization, preferably urgent care, ambulatory care, primary care, specialty medicine, or another complex outpatient healthcare environment. This individual should be able to evaluate existing operations, identify opportunities for improvement, bring forward industry best practices, and develop scalable strategies to support continued growth. Provide strategic oversight of revenue cycle, billing, claims, collections, denials, and accounts receivable. Evaluate insurance and payer processes and identify opportunities to improve reimbursement and reduce revenue leakage. Partner with our EMR and healthcare technology vendors on operational requirements, system enhancements, and issue resolution. Identify opportunities to improve system utilization, automation, reporting, and workflows. Translate revenue cycle and clinic operations needs into clear written requirements for vendors, and confirm delivered changes work as intended. Surface system gaps that create manual work, rework, or reporting blind spots, with a recommended path to resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Services, or related field preferred 8+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience. 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience. Experience in a multi-site healthcare organization required. Experience with revenue cycle, medical billing, insurance/payer operations, or related healthcare financial functions.
