Job Overview We are seeking a hands-on, self-motivated accounting professional to take ownership of daily bookkeeping and accounting operations in our family-owned small business. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliations, and inventory tracking while maintaining accurate financial records and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with experience managing day-to-day accounting tasks and working directly with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Small business experience is a plus. Responsibilities Be THE role of Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payable at Ace Flag Co., Inc.

Complete routine accounting tasks:

manage accounts receivables and payables

Bank Statement Reconciliations Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reporting:

identity errors, ways to improve financial strength of the company. Able to demonstrate strength is ensuring standard and customized financial reporting Sale Tax Filing, both monthly and quarterly

Yearly Financial Reporting and Tax Prep:

Assist in Company Financial oversight with an opportunity to establish

• processes to best help the overall financial strength of the company Qualifications Software Experience Must have advanced Quickbooks experience (Online version preferred), with several years of experience

Inventory management experience Proven track record of ethics as it pertains to accounting role Laser-focused concentration to problem solve Effective time management skills Exceptional people skills - with team, customers and vendors Highly Organized - with paper and digitally Willingness to learn other jobs in the company to better understand company goals, with a positive attitude Minimal flexibility with schedule as needed to the job requirements Teach and train internal Team to best accounting practices Ability to learn and adapt in a small business world Other software a plus to be familiar with, but not required: Shopify for ecommerce and POS, Webgility and ShopVox.

Pay:

$62,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
