About Us At Stevens 112 Ford, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience from the showroom floor to the final signature. We are seeking an experienced, driven, and ethical Automotive Finance Manager to join our fast-paced sales team and oversee our deal structuring, lender approvals, and menu presentations.
Key Responsibilities Deal Structuring & Approval:
Work directly with sales managers and sales representatives to structure vehicle deals, submit finance applications, and secure lender approvals.
Menu Presentation:
Present aftermarket products (extended warranties, tire & wheel, key replacement, maintenance plans) ethically and effectively using a structured menu system.
Lender Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with primary, subprime, and captive lenders to ensure maximum approval rates and competitive buy rates.
Contracting & Compliance:
Prepare, verify, and complete all state/federal regulatory documentation, title paperwork, and finance contracts accurately to ensure zero CIT (Contracts in Transit) delays.
Customer Experience:
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSI/NPS) by delivering transparent, efficient, and informative finance presentations.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum [2+] years of experience as an F&I Manager in a franchised or high-volume independent dealership.
Software Knowledge:
Proficiency with DMS systems (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds) and menu selling platforms
