Job Description
Robert Half is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, drive process improvements, manage high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery across multiple finance and accounting functions. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and has a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You'll DoLead and oversee finance and accounting operations across multiple workstreams and projects.
Manage month-end close activities, account reconciliations, transaction processing, reporting, and financial analysis.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of accounting processes, deliverables, and financial data.
Drive operational excellence initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and service delivery.
Lead projects from initiation through completion, including project planning, kickoff meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews.
Prepare and review project deliverables, reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and ensure successful project outcomes.
Analyze operational and financial performance data and provide recommendations to leadership.
Develop, coach, and mentor accounting professionals while fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, and support employee growth and career development.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and senior leadership.
