Accounting Manager $90k-$110k On-Site | South Dayton, Ohio Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and deliver timely financial reporting. Experience in a small-company environment is essential. Responsibilities of Accounting Manager Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR). Perform bank and account reconciliations. Prepare financial statements and maintain the general ledger. The Accounting Manager will produce weekly financial reports. Support month-end close and maintain accurate accounting records. Requirements of Accounting Manager Must have small-company accounting experience. We prefer a hands-on bookkeeper or accountant from a small business over a senior accountant from a large corporation. Experience managing day-to-day accounting functions independently. The Accounting Manager must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications of Accounting Manager Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Knowledge of GAAP. #
