Job Description

  • Real Estate & Construction — Cleveland, OH
  • Pay:
    $195,000
  • $245,000 per year Ready to own a real estate and construction tax practice and grow it? A well-established, award-winning regional CPA firm on the west side of Greater Cleveland wants a proven tax leader to take a key role in building out its tax practice. What you'll do:
  • Lead tax planning and compliance for real estate and construction clients and their owners
  • Serve as the senior technical advisor on entity structuring, partnerships, cost recovery and transactions
  • Review complex business, individual and fiduciary returns
  • Develop client relationships and drive new business in your niche
  • Mentor managers and seniors and help shape the tax team What you bring:
  • 10+ years of public accounting tax experience, with deep real estate and/or construction expertise
  • Active CPA license
  • Leadership-level client relationships and business development track record
  • Strong partnership and pass-through taxation knowledge Why join:
