Cost & Budget Management:

Manage operational budgets, control consumption costs (ferroalloys, raw materials, energy), and perform variance analysis.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Serve as a key liaison between operations, EAF, Caster, Refractory, Procurement, and Finance teams.

Key Performance Indicators You'll Drive:

Production & Yield:

Output volume, capacity utilization, alloy yield rates, and throughput (Tons/Hour).

Cost & Uptime:

Cost per ton, energy/consumable rates, and minimizing unplanned breakdown downtime.

Quality:

First Time Right %, internal scrap rates, and product conformity.

Safety & ESG:
