Accounting Manager - Direct Hire We are looking for a motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our clients team in Wadsworth, Ohio. Reporting to the Controller, you will oversee key financial activities, ensure compliance with GAAP, and drive continuous improvement in accounting systems. Shift:

Flexible schedule of 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely reporting Manage cost accounting functions within a manufacturing environment Maintain the integrity of the General Ledger and ensure GAAP compliance Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities Serve as ERP system owner (SAP) and promote process excellence Maintain internal controls and support audit and compliance efforts

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with ERP systems (SAP) Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls Leadership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Nice to

Experience leading teams and process improvements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing accounting
