$96,000 - $150,000+ per year (Commission-Based) About Newberg Chevrolet Newberg Chevrolet is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Automotive Finance Manager to lead our Financial Services & Insurance (F&I) department. Key Responsibilities F&I Operations:
Present vehicle financing, lease options, extended service contracts, GAP insurance, and protection packages using transparent menu-selling techniques.
Lender & Bank Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prime, subprime, and captive lenders to secure fast approvals and competitive terms.
Deal Structuring & Funding:
Work closely with the sales desk to structure deals, review contracts for accuracy, and manage rapid CIT (contracts in transit) funding times.
Compliance & Legal Standards:
Ensure 100% adherence to all federal, state, and local finance regulations (including Red Flags, Safeguards Rule, and Truth in Lending).
Customer Retention:
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by providing a seamless, transparent, and professional closing experience.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
2+ years of successful experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) or Assistant F&I Manager in a franchise car dealership.
Software Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with F&I portals and DMS/CRM systems such as Dealertrack, RouteOne, VinSolutions, CDK, or Reynolds & Reynolds.
Financial Acumen:
Proven expertise in deal structuring, gross profit per vehicle retailed (PVR), menu presentation, and contract execution.
Licensing & Certification:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; AFIP certification is a strong plus.
