FIANACE MANAGER

(F&I) Tim Short Ford - LaFollette, TN

!!!! Tim Short Ford of LaFollette is looking for an experienced, driven Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing dealership. We're selling over 230 vehicles a month, and we need a strong F&I professional who knows how to structure deals, maximize profitability, protect CSI, and get deals funded. This is an opportunity for someone who wants volume, opportunity, and a management team that actually helps you get deals done. What You'll Do

Handle financing and leasing for new and pre-owned vehicle customers
Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, and protection products
Work with multiple lenders to secure competitive approvals
Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance
Ensure contracts and paperwork are accurate and funded quickly
Work closely with the sales desk and sales team to keep deals moving
Maintain strong lender relationships
Deliver an excellent customer experience while producing strong PVR What We're Looking For
Automotive F&I experience strongly preferred
Strong closing and presentation skills
Knowledge of dealership finance, lender programs, and compliance
Competitive and motivated personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
Strong organizational and paperwork skills
