Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the entire revenue cycle process, from patient registration to final payment collection Ensure compliance with medical billing regulations, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and healthcare billing standards Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline billing workflows and maintain data integrity Lead a team of billing specialists, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth Collaborate with insurance third-party payers and government agencies to resolve claims denials and expedite reimbursements Implement best practices for healthcare billing management and revenue cycle optimization to maximize revenue capture Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health insurance policies, Medicaid regulations, Medicare rules, and other relevant compliance requirements Utilize Microsoft Office tools and specialized billing software to generate reports, analyze financial data, and support strategic decision-making Experience Proven experience managing private medical group revenue cycle operations, orthopedics, physical therapy, would care a plus Strong understanding of medical billing regulations compliance, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines Demonstrated expertise in healthcare billing management, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and medical coding (ICD coding) Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment with excellent team management skills Knowledge of health insurance policies and third-party insurance billing processes Familiarity with revenue cycle management strategies aimed at improving cash flow and reducing claim denials Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with billing software is essential Join us in transforming healthcare finance through innovative leadership!
