for an experienced F&I Manager / Finance Manager to join our dealership team. We are looking for a proven automotive finance professional who understands how to structure deals, maximize profitability, maintain strong lender relationships, ensure compliance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Automotive F&I experience is required.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Structure and submit deals in accordance with dealership and lender guidelines Conduct customer credit interviews and prepare accurate credit applications Analyze credit reports and determine appropriate financing options Present financing options, vehicle service contracts, protection products, and other approved F&I products Maximize F&I profitability while maintaining a professional, customer-focused experience Ensure all contracts and supporting documentation are complete and accurate Monitor contracts in transit and work aggressively toward timely funding Immediately resolve lender stipulations and funding issues Maintain complete confidentiality of customer financial and personal information Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending partners Stay current on lender programs, rates, guidelines, and available products Evaluate new lender programs and make recommendations to management Ensure deals are accurately booked and vehicle equipment is represented correctly Work closely with sales managers, sales consultants, accounting, and other dealership departments Assist in training sales personnel on finance procedures and applicable compliance requirements Maintain accurate logs, reports, and required F&I documentation Help identify opportunities to move aging inventory Perform additional duties as assigned by dealership management
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of automotive F&I Manager or Assistant F&I Manager experience preferred Strong working knowledge of automotive financing and lender guidelines Understanding of applicable state and federal finance and consumer-credit requirements Strong knowledge of dealership compliance and the Fair Credit Reporting Act Proven ability to structure and close automotive finance deals Excellent mathematical and computer skills Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent communication and customer-service abilities Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment AFIP certification preferred Bilingual abilities are a plus Valid driver's license
