Duties Manage the preparation of support for financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulations with a focus on manufacturing process - inventory and CoGS Help manage the quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis. Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping. Help mentor and develop finance staff. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Experience in accounting roles with a strong background in a manufacturing related accounting environment. Hands-on experience with financial software like QB or similar. Strong understanding of financial concepts including balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, and accrual accounting. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and supporting a large sales function. $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
