This highly visible Finance Manager opportunity gives you the chance to serve as a strategic finance partner to business leadership, commercial teams, project teams, and executive management. You'll have a broad impact across financial planning, forecasting, financial modeling, performance analysis, project finance, and process improvement while helping leadership understand where the business is performing, where risks exist, and where opportunities can be captured. What You'll Do Lead budgeting and forecasting processes. Manage Mid-Range Plans and financial projections. Build sophisticated financial models. Analyze multi-entity and multi-currency transactions. Develop KPIs and management dashboards. Translate financial results into business recommendations. Identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities. Support strategic and investment decisions. Provide financial guidance throughout project lifecycles. Partner with senior business and executive leaders. Lead and develop finance team members. What We're Looking For 5+ years progressive finance experience. Strong FP&A or business finance background. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. ERP financial-system experience. Strong analytical and business judgment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence business decisions through data. Comfortable working across international, multi-entity environments.

ERP financial-module experience. Multi-entity and multi-currency experience. Strong analytical and business judgment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate analysis into recommendations. Ability to manage competing priorities. Willingness to travel internationally and domestically under 5%.
Job Experience Required:
5+ years progressive finance experience. Financial planning and analysis. Forecasting and budgeting. Financial modeling. Business finance experience.
Preferred:

Pay:
$104,150.00 - $156,250.00 per year
