We are currently seeking a qualified Finance (F&I) Manager to be a part of our amazing team. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional who is excited by automotive F&I, with a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge. Candidates must be honest, motivated, team oriented, and willing to work extended hours and weekends to achieve necessary goals. Job duties include but are not limited to: Offering vehicle financing to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. Maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs. Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources while also ensuring secure approvals meet the proper standards of federal and state channels. Understanding and complying with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.

Job requirements:

Previous finance experience required. Maintenance of profitability within the sales department while controlling expenses and ensuring customer satisfaction. Full and complete understanding and compliance of federal, state, and local regulations that affect operations. Must have 3 References verifiable. This position has a minimum garanteed salary of $9,000.00 a month with the possibility of making up to $17,000.00 on commission bonus structure.
