Full-Time Position Summary The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, supporting payroll and invoicing processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures. This position plays a key role in supporting leadership with financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, payment processing, and Purchasing. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded. Prepare, review, and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare financial reports, summaries, and analysis for leadership. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and account balances. Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of payroll-related reporting. Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls. Work with department leaders to track budgets, costs, and financial performance. Assist with audits, tax preparation, and documentation requests. Identify process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. Supervise and support accounting staff, if applicable. Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience required. Previous management or supervisory experience preferred. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks. Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, payroll support, and financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and leadership skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Work Schedule Full-time position. Schedule may vary based on business needs and financial deadlines. Compensation Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and company pay structure.

Up to $70,000.00 per year
