Job DescriptionMajor Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess payable invoices bookingProcess vendor payments after branch approvalPayment and accounting exception managmentReview and approve cash requestsBe involved and suggest system / process improvementsMeet compliance at all timesBe open to implementing new system changes and enhancements into the departmentPlay a supporting role on projects that improve productivity level per desk Qualifications Good accounting knowledgeEffective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive resultsPro-active approach, strong organizational skillsGood computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)Fluent in English Additional InformationExpeditors offers excellent benefits:
