FP&A Manager:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling activities across the organization. Analyze financial and operational performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership. Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting to support strategic decision-making. Partner with operations, sales, and supply chain leaders to evaluate business performance, profitability, and growth opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or corporate finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
