About the Role We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting and bookkeeping activities for our U.S. manufacturing plant and sales office in Moorefield, WV. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience within a manufacturing environment, a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, and experience with financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and general ledger accounting. Key Responsibilities Manage accounting and bookkeeping activities for the U.S. plant and sales office. Ensure ledger compliance with U.S. GAAP and company group standards. Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales ledger, purchase ledger, and bank accounting. Oversee inventory/stock control, CapEx, and fixed asset accounting. Prepare Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports accurately and within required deadlines. Coordinate annual reporting and audits with local auditors. Manage cash flow and support tax-related activities. Coordinate with government agencies, tax advisors, auditors, and other local partners. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. Support accurate and timely financial reporting for management and the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent proven qualifications. 5+ years of professional accounting experience, within a manufacturing environment. Strong experience with general ledger and financial accounting. Experience preparing Balance Sheet and P&L reports. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting compliance requirements. Experience supporting annual audits and working with external auditors. Knowledge of tax and regulatory requirements. Experience with inventory, fixed assets, and capital expenditure accounting is preferred. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
