Running Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Financial Oversight Lead for an anticipated multi-year California public-sector professional services project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contractor invoices, reimbursement requests, and supporting financial documentation.
• Validate records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Perform reconciliations and identify discrepancies or financial anomalies.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and spending trends.
• Prepare financial validation summaries and support audit readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience reviewing invoices, reimbursements, financial documentation, fund administration, accounting operations, or a related function.
• Experience performing reconciliations and identifying discrepancies.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills or equivalent financial-analysis experience.
• Must be based in California and available Monday-Friday during standard business hours.

Preferred:

• Government/public-sector, publicly funded, grant-funded, or regulated-program experience.
• Multi-vendor financial oversight or audit-support experience.
• Accounting, finance, business, or related education/certification.

This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.

Pay:

$40.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Are you currently based in California?
