Financing Operations Specialist We are seeking a Financing Support Specialist to assist our sales team and customers throughout the financing process for residential home renovation projects. This position plays a critical role in helping homeowners understand financing options while supporting sales representatives with approvals, lender communication, and financing-related questions. We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, customer focused, and comfortable handling financing conversations with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities:

Assist homeowners with financing applications and financing-related questions Guide customers through the approval and funding process Support sales representatives with lender programs, financing terms, and documentation Communicate with lenders and financing partners when needed Follow up with customers regarding approvals, missing documents, and next steps Help explain financing options in a clear and professional manner Maintain accurate customer and financing records Work closely with management and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Help resolve financing issues or delays quickly and professionally

Qualifications:
