• $158,000Job Summary The Financial Operations Expert is a technical resource within the Global Business Services Finance organization, responsible for providing expert financial guidance and leadership across Hydro's North American Manufacturing Operations.

The role partners with Plant Controllers, Regional Finance, and business leaders to resolve complex manufacturing finance issues, lead cross-functional initiatives, implement standardized financial processes, and advance finance transformation efforts that improve operational performance and strengthen financial governance.

What you will be doing Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, automation, digital finance solutions, process optimization, and reporting enhancements.
