Job Description

The Operations Professional supports daily account operations by reviewing, processing, and maintaining client and advisor requests in a timely and accurate manner. This role partners with internal service, operations, compliance, and advisor-facing teams to help ensure requests are completed according to established procedures and service expectations. Success in this role is measured by processing accuracy, responsiveness, effective issue resolution, and the ability to support a consistent experience for financial professionals and their clients. The role requires attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work within defined operational processes in a regulated financial services environment.
What will you do:
Review and process account-related requests, forms, and transactions according to established procedures, service standards, and regulatory requirements. Research and resolve routine operational issues by gathering information, validating details, and coordinating with internal partners as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation in applicable systems to support audit readiness, operational controls, and follow-up activity. Communicate status updates, requirements, and next steps to internal teams and advisor-facing partners in a clear and professional manner. Identify incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate information and take appropriate action to correct or escalate issues before completion. Follow established workflows, checklists, and controls to help ensure requests are completed accurately and within expected timeframes. Support team workload by monitoring assigned queues, prioritizing time-sensitive items, and assisting with operational follow-up. Contribute to process improvement by sharing recurring issue trends, documentation gaps, or workflow opportunities with team leadership.
What you need to have:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in operations, administrative support, client service, financial services, or a related business environment. Preferred experience in broker-dealer, wealth management, banking, or another regulated financial services environment.
Compensation:
The base annual salary range for this role is $20.00-$25.00 an hour, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations. #LI-Hybrid
