Manager of Financial Reporting:

Lead preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with

U.S. GAAP

Coordinate external audit activities and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors Prepare technical accounting memorandums and support complex accounting transactions Review financial reporting packages to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance Partner with Accounting, Finance, and executive leadership on reporting requirements and strategic initiatives Research and implement new accounting standards and reporting requirements Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including a Senior Accountant Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls across reporting functions Qualifications for the
