SEC Reporting Manager:

Lead the preparation and filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K

Manage SEC reporting, disclosures, and compliance requirements
Research technical accounting matters and new accounting standards
Mentor and develop reporting team members while driving process improvements Qualifications for the

SEC Reporting Manager:

CPA required

6+ years of public accounting and/or public company experience
SEC reporting and technical accounting expertise
