POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Financial Reporting Manager to lead our management and investor reporting processes while serving as a key technical accounting resource for the organization. This role will own the development, accuracy, and delivery of financial reporting that helps management, investors, and other stakeholders understand the company's financial performance and outlook. The ideal candidate combines strong financial reporting and technical accounting expertise with a practical, business-oriented mindset and strong business acumen. Owns and develops recurring management reporting, including monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level financial insights. Translates financial results into meaningful business insights and communicate key drivers, trends, and risks to management. Develops and maintains reporting processes that are scalable as the company grows. Leads the preparation and analysis of financial statements and related reporting schedules. Prepares, maintains, and improves the company's statement of cash flows, including understanding and explaining operating, investing, and financing activities. Partners with FP&A and other finance leaders to connect P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance. Ensures financial reporting is accurate, timely, and supported by appropriate documentation and controls. Helps establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Evaluates and implements AI-enabled tools that can improve the speed, accuracy, and quality of reporting and analysis. Identifies ways to eliminate manual processes and make reporting more scalable and efficient. Manages and develops one financial reporting team member, providing clear priorities, coaching, feedback, and professional development. Reviews and oversees work performed by direct report to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to reporting standards. Leads process improvements and projects that enhance the overall financial reporting function. Collaborates with external auditors and other external partners as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education:
Bachelor Degree Experience:
5-8 years Licenses and Certifications CPA or MBA required.
