Financial Reporting Manager:

Lead quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including financial statements, footnotes, disclosures, and MD&A preparation Research and implement new accounting standards and technical accounting guidance Oversee consolidated financial reporting and ensure GAAP compliance Manage tax reporting, deferred tax calculations, and related regulatory filings Partner with auditors, regulators, and internal business leaders on accounting and reporting matters Support acquisition accounting, valuations, and financial integration activities Qualifications for the

Financial Reporting Manager:
