Financial Reporting Manager Salary:
$140,000 – $150,000 + 15% Bonus +Profit Sharing Location :

Financial Reporting Manager:
- Lead quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including financial statements, footnotes, disclosures, and MD&A preparation
- Research and implement new accounting standards and technical accounting guidance
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting and ensure GAAP compliance
- Manage tax reporting, deferred tax calculations, and related regulatory filings
- Partner with auditors, regulators, and internal business leaders on accounting and reporting matters
- Support acquisition accounting, valuations, and financial integration activities Qualifications for the
Financial Reporting Manager:
- CPA designation required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
- SEC reporting experience required
- Prior public accounting experience with SEC clients strongly preferred
