07/22/2026 4:30 p.m. Summary of position To provide administrative assistance to the Financial Services Department; to perform a wide variety of responsible administrative and secretarial work in support of an assigned department; and to develop new systems or improve existing systems and procedures to increase department efficiency. The anticipated hiring range for this position is $21.53 to $26.38 per hour. Minimum qualifications Experience and Training Guidelines Three years of responsible secretarial and clerical experience. Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade supplemented by additional specialized secretarial training.
