Member Service Representative DOW Credit Union |
Antioch, California Pay:
$23.50-$25.50 per hour, based on experience DOW Credit Union is seeking an enthusiastic Member Service Representative who enjoys helping people and building lasting relationships. You will assist members with everyday banking needs, process transactions, and recommend accounts, loans, and digital services that support their financial goals. Training is provided. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional service in person, by telephone, and through written communications. Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other member account transactions. Assist members with opening and closing accounts and with IRA services. Identify members' financial needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services. Help members use online banking, mobile banking, and other digital services. Stay informed about products, services, and marketing initiatives to support member service and sales goals. Assist with card management, IRA processing, share draft processing, and related back-office activities. Follow credit union policies, procedures, and applicable banking regulations.
