Coastline Sales Solutions is a fast-growing authorized local sales company for AT&T, helping customers connect with industry-leading wireless, internet, fiber, entertainment, and telecommunications solutions. We are currently hiring motivated individuals for our Customer Enrollment Representative position. This is a full-time, in-person, entry-level opportunity focused on customer engagement, enrollment, sales, and service. The Customer Enrollment Representative is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in customer service, sales, wireless, telecommunications, and business development. As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you'll receive hands-on training and develop valuable skills in customer engagement, product knowledge, enrollment support, sales presentations, relationship building, and customer acquisition. Customer Enrollment Representative Key Responsibilities As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will meet with customers in person to introduce and explain AT&T products and services Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wireless, internet, fiber, entertainment, and device solutions Educate customers on AT&T plans, services, devices, upgrades, and promotions Assist customers with account enrollment, setup, upgrades, and product selections Generate new sales opportunities through direct customer interactions Guide customers through the enrollment and purchasing process Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout each interaction Work with leadership and teammates to achieve customer service and sales goals Represent Coastline Sales Solutions and AT&T with professionalism and integrity Customer Enrollment Representative Qualifications Sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in an in-person, customer-facing environment Friendly, outgoing, and confident when interacting with customers Positive attitude and strong work ethic Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work toward sales goals Competitive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve Ability to explain products and services clearly and professionally Apply today to join Coastline Sales Solutions as a Customer Enrollment Representative and start building your career in customer service, sales, telecommunications, and business development!
