A healthy compensation plan, where the pay range of $17-$19/hour is dependent on previous sales experience

Qualified Candidates:

Previous minimum 6 months of customer service AND proven sales experience Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
