We are seeking a personable and member-focused Membership Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll act as a trusted financial guide, engaging members in meaningful conversations to understand their goals, handle daily financial transactions, and recommend solutions that genuinely improve their financial lives.

Provide Consultative Solutions:
Deliver comprehensive financial advice aligned with Patriot's core values, service standards, and member experience goals. •
Deepen Member Relationships:
Engage members in organic, open dialogue to uncover their financial needs and build long-term trust. •
Handle Daily Transactions:
Accurately process cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other negotiable instruments. •
Refer Financial Products:
Connect members with relevant Patriot products and services that elevate their financial well-being. What We're Looking For •
People-First Mindset:
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others succeed financially. •
Relevant Experience:
Cash handling, retail, customer service, or prior financial service experience is preferred. •
Detail-Oriented:
Ability to balance cash, process negotiable instruments, and execute transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment. •

Education:
